Gaelic in the Glen
Partner: Highland Village Museum / An Clachan Gàidhealach
Cape Breton is the Celtic Heart of North America and to help celebrate this passion, we have organized a special package that includes everything from learning Gaelic work songs at Highland Village Museum/An Clachan Gaidhealach to sipping single malt whisky at North America's first single malt whisky distillery.
Package includes:
- One night standard room accommodation at Glenora Inn and Distillery
- Distillery Tour and whisky tasting with complimentary Glenora whisky glass
- 3-course dinner in the Glenora Dining Room
- Ceilidh with local traditional music in the Glenora Pub following dinner (8:00 - 10:00 pm)
- Breakfast the following morning
- Boxed lunch upon departure to be enjoyed while visiting the Highland Village
- Highland Village tour that with activities including candle-dipping and learning a Gaelic work song
- Guests are given option to dress in Period Costumes during their visit to the Highland Village (Photograph in costume will be emailed)

Please note: the travel distance between Glenora and the Highland Village in Iona is approximately 1 hour.
As this package involves special arrangements please schedule your arrival at the distillery between 1:00 and 3:00 pm and upon booking please send an email to innmanager@glenoradistillery.com with your contact information allowing us to personally arrange your itinerary.
